• Collect first months rent plus appropriate security deposit.
• Transfer ESB and Bord Gas utility accounts to tenants names.
• Post all documents to client.
• Always available during the course of a tenancy to assist our clients with any problems that may occur.
• Arrange Registration with Private Residential Tenancies Board.

• Our Property managers will deal with tenants at all times during the tenancy.
• 24 hour emergency contact service to tenants.
• Provided landlord is resident abroad, deduct withholding tax due and furnish to revenue commissioners. Provide Revenue report (R185) to client.
• Provide a network of competent tradesmen to cover all aspect of home maintenance. Copies of all invoices are provided. All expenditure will be approved in advance.
• Ensure tenants adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement.
• Ensure rent is paid in a timely manner.
• Ensure orderly transfer of appropriate utility accounts.
• Always available during the course of a tenancy to assist our clients with any problems that may occur.
• Process Insurance claims on behalf of client.
• Financial statements provided to our clients at frequency appropriate to our clients requirements.
• Production of Inventory. Check Inventory at beginning and end of the tenancy. Report to landlord on results of inventory check at termination of tenancy.
