- Transfer ESB and Bord Gas utility accounts to tenants names.
- Post all documents to client.
- Always available during the course of a tenancy to assist our clients with any problems that may occur.
- Arrange Registration with Private Residential Tenancies Board.

- Our Property managers will deal with tenants at all times during the tenancy.
- 24 hour emergency contact service to tenants.
- Provided landlord is resident abroad, deduct withholding tax due and furnish to revenue commissioners. Provide Revenue report (R185) to client.
- Provide a network of competent tradesmen to cover all aspect of home maintenance. Copies of all invoices are provided. All expenditure will be approved in advance.
- Ensure tenants adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement.
- Ensure rent is paid in a timely manner.
- Ensure orderly transfer of appropriate utility accounts.
- Always available during the course of a tenancy to assist our clients with any problems that may occur.
- Process Insurance claims on behalf of client.
- Financial statements provided to our clients at frequency appropriate to our clients requirements.
- Production of Inventory. Check Inventory at beginning and end of the tenancy. Report to landlord on results of inventory check at termination of tenancy.
